With a PhD in communication and years of university-level teaching and leadership, Dr. Hampton-Farmer now devotes her work to live workshops, keynotes, and coaching. She specializes in powerful presentation skills, communication that sustains engagement, and helping teams move from passive participants to confident contributors.

Her popular keynote, “Silence is Not Golden—It’s Costly,” challenges leaders to speak up, invite voice, and create communication-rich cultures. Her workshops provide practical strategies for more influential speaking, stronger team presence, and trust-building dialogue.

Certified in DiSC, Strategic Doing, REACH, and creator of The Culture Blueprint, Dr. Hampton-Farmer blends research-backed insights with real-world application. She’s worked with Fortune 500 companies, political leaders, government agencies, and nonprofit teams to sharpen their message and strengthen their presence.

Dr. Hampton-Farmer is also a contributor to scholarship on leadership and culture, which she now brings to life in her blog and workshops. A recent graduate of the 2024 AVOW (Advancing Voices of Women) Women’s Campaign Institute and a 2025 Leadership Fort Wayne cohort member, she remains committed to leadership at both local and national levels.

When she’s not speaking or coaching, she’s traveling, biking, or sharing leadership lessons—like the one that came from running the Disney Princess Half-Marathon with her daughter, later turned into a winning Toastmasters speech about overcoming challenges through words and intellect.
